Proportioned as it was to Lycotheron's great stature, this archaic-looking single-edged hunter's knife feels closer to the size of a shortsword or machete in the hands of a normal man.  

It is imbued with primal charms of the hunt, such that slaughtering and skinning beasts or game animals is achieved in a fraction of the normal time, and even in the hands of a novice, the blade feels as if it already knows what to do. Even tough hides and bones pose no obstacle to the knife's enchantments. 

The knife's magic makes it effective against living beasts as well, slicing cleanly through natural armour and flesh alike.
