This frocked greatcoat is covered in grey barbed scales, seemingly crafted from the skin of some of immense primordial shark. Each scale is of some organic material, but as hard as steel and as sharp as a boning knife.

The sharp edges of the coat make any sudden contact with the wearer potentially dangerous. Anyone attempting to grapple the wearer bare-handed (or grappled by them) takes D4 damage, and D4 for each round they remain in contact with the coat (this damage is halved if the attacker wears full heavy/hard armor). The wearer of the coat also has Advantage vs grappling attacks made against them.

The scales of the coat are perfectly-fitted, waterproof, and noiseless. The coat offers no obstruction when worn under water.
