Armies of Dreist
The Brazen Knights are Amadeo Bronzanti's newest soldiers, incorporating the physical power of the old Capradors with the mechanical precision of the Satyricons. Eschewing the bestial motifs found Bronzanti's earlier designs, Brazen Knights are humanoid, standing 7 1/2 feet tall, with lean, elongated limbs. Their bodies are entirely encased in bronze-hued armour etched with decorative motifs. A faint blue light shimmers behind their visors, and a warbling hum emanates from within.
Abilities
Despite their awkward proportions, Brazen Knights are lightning-quick, and extremely powerful. Their long strides are smooth and steady thanks to their internal gyroscopes. They are extremely difficult to upend or imbalance.
A Brazen Knight's outer shell is fashioned from an extremely durable alloy, making them very resistant to damage, and supplementing their physical strength.
Each Brazen Knight is armed with a longsword crafted of Faerie Glass. Their left forearm contains a spring-powered mechanism that fires glass-tipped bolts from an internal magazine of 12. In addition, all four of their limbs can telescope outward, making them still taller, or extending the reach of their arms out to 10 feet.

Brazen Knights seem to be capable of basic cognition, independent action, and rudimentary speech, although their autonomy is still hightly limited. They are also conditioned to respond to specifically-coded verbal orders without question.
Design
Unlike the Satyricons, which use parts sourced from cadavers, Brazen Knights incorporate a living (or perhaps only semi-living) human body and brain. To this end, Bronzanti kidnapped peasants from the surrounding mountain region, culling entire villages to use them as fodder for his Brazen Legion.
The internal workings of a Brazen Knight consists of a human torso and head fused with various tubes and mechanical intrusions, and an extension of the muscular and nervous system into fully-mechanized limbs. The entire bodily machine receives power through Faerie Glass tubes containing incandescent fluids infused with the essence of stolen lightning.
Brazen Knights can receive orders issued in the Huanjin tongue, spoken in an uninflected monotone, using choice phrases extracted from the 2000-year-old Yang Empire literary classic, The Four Seasons of Emperor Zhao Luo. This was no doubt a ploy to make Bronzanti's verbal orders to his minions inscrutable, but he had not counted on a Huan-speaker entering his castle.
